New senior housing unveiled in Northvale
“Funded by the Housing Development Corporation and the Bergen County Division of Community Development, the $2.1 million project was first conceived in 2007, officials said. Construction began 11 months ago on The Manor on Paris, located at 176 Paris Avenue.
