Meet Our Team

Our team is guided by a mission-driven leader with a clear vision for community impact.
Executive Director Lynn Bartlett brings over 30 years of experience developing affordable housing in New Jersey. Her experience in the affordable housing industry includes the development of both rental and home-ownership housing, funded with a full and broad spectrum of public front-end and back-end subsidies, in addition to private capital for both construction and permanent financing.

At the Housing Development Corporation of Bergen County, Lynn works alongside a dedicated staff and an engaged Executive Board of Trustees to shape a team of passionate professionals. Together, they share a commitment to creating long-term opportunity through safe, stable, and affordable housing.
